Marie DiVigilio

Marie DiVigilio has been singing with the Sounds Good Choir since the fall of 2022 and joined the board in 2024. She brings over 30 years of business experience, much of it with Allstate Insurance Company, holding key leadership positions in sales, human resources, accounting, corporate education, and information technology. She also brings 15 years of consulting and educational experience specializing in organizational change, teams, and leadership. She earned a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University in 2005.

Dr. DiVigilio held faculty appointments with Benedictine University, Dominican University, the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, the International School of Management, and the U.S. State Department Middle East Partnership Initiative. She has taught internationally in Poland, the Czech Republic, and France.

Marie is also a member and past president of the Prospect Heights (IL) Scholarship Assistance Fund Dollars for Scholars board. The mission of the organization is to provide local students with financial aid and support to pursue higher levels of academic achievement.

Her interests include singing, playing golf, hiking, biking, reading, and using her time and talents to support charitable causes.
