Sharon Kotzin Frolick
Sharon Kotzin Frolick had her first choir experience in junior high school. After a 60-year break, she signed up in 2016 for the newly formed Sounds Good Choir and has not looked back. She sings with both the Sounds Good Wheaton and Hinsdale choirs, and serves as the choir liaison for Hinsdale.
Sharon loves all aspects of being a creative entrepreneur. She has owned and run Creative Juices, a creative writing program for older adults, the Claiborne Gallery and Frame Center, plus several other companies. A resident of Naperville, Sharon has been active in the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Retail Council.
As an educator for Ageless Grace, a lifetime fitness program for mind and body, Sharon has developed strong connections with activity directors at many assisted living facilities. Her classes merge the importance of designed movement to favorite playlists with sing-alongs, laughter, and joy. She is passionate about enriching the lives of older adults through many available creative outlets.
